In the Summer of 2012, I volunteered with an amazing Irish charity called "Lamha Suas". One of the subjects we taught in Madudu CU School was art. Art is sometimes over looked as a beneficial subject in developing countries.
We drew inspiration from the artist Andy Goldsworthy.
Goldsworthy's work was an amazing teaching vocabulary like colours and shapes.
The children did an amazing job- we were blown away with their openness to creativity and their talent!
